To maintain the highest hygiene standards and protect our customers, we have a clear and strict refund policy in place.
Please note that Zatara Care does not accept returns of opened boxes, used items, or products that are damaged after delivery. This policy ensures that all customers receive fresh, unused, and untampered products. Skincare and beauty items are sensitive in nature, and for safety and hygiene reasons, once a product is opened or used, we cannot accept it back into our inventory.
Additionally, Zatara Care does not accept returns of any damaged goods that occur post-delivery. We strongly encourage all customers to inspect their package upon receipt. If an item appears to be damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately with proof of damage (images and order details) so we can address the issue appropriately.
If a return is approved due to a valid reason, the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the client. Zatara Care does not cover return shipping fees, and the customer will be liable to arrange and pay for the shipping of returned items.
