Domestic Shipping – United Arab Emirates 🇦🇪

At ZataraCare, we strive to deliver your skincare essentials quickly and reliably.

Delivery Timeframe:
Orders are typically delivered within 1–2 business days across all Emirates (including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain).

Order Processing:

  • Orders placed before 2 PM (GST) will be processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Fee:

  • Free shipping on orders over AED 150.

  • Flat shipping fee of AED 15 for orders below AED 150.

Delivery Partner:
We work with trusted local couriers to ensure timely and secure delivery.

International Shipping

ZataraCare currently offers limited international shipping to select countries. Please note:

  • Delivery time: 5–10 business days (may vary based on destination).

  • Shipping fees: Calculated at checkout based on location and package weight.

  • Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to import taxes or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

📬 Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order in real time.

❗ Failed Deliveries & Return to Sender

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the courier will attempt a redelivery. After 2 failed attempts, the parcel may be returned to us.

Re-delivery charges may apply.
